Rafaela Dias Pinheiro She is an international lawyer, licensed in 3 countries: Brazil, Spain, and Portugal.

She is an expert in immigration law, with years of experience in immigration processes.

She also specializes in sports law. In 2016, she earned an MBA in Sports Law and Business in Sports from CEDIN, Brazil. From the Real Madrid European University School, she obtained a Master's degree in Sports Law in 2018.

To consolidate his learning in anti-doping matters, he completed an internship in the legal department of the Spanish Agency for Health Protection in Sport (AEPSAD).

At FIFA/Royal Spanish Football Federation and at URJC, the Advanced University Course in Sports Management concluded successfully in 2019, where he expanded his knowledge in the subject.

He is a member of the faculty of the Postgraduate Program in Immigration Law at FAAL College.
She has been a visiting professor at CEDIN and at various Law conferences.

Combining their areas of expertise, they decided to create a ISLO Law Firm Immigration and Sports Law, to make the international transfer of athletes effective, enabling their professional activity in Spain.
